Wellbeing Award Parent Survey - we need you!

As you are hopefully aware Epping Primary School is working towards achieving a Wellbeing Award. This Award focuses on supporting and developing the wellbeing and mental health of not only the pupils at our school but also the staff.

We are currently in the early stages of achieving this Award and we need your help!

Part of achieving the award involves gathering the views of all stakeholders: staff, parents/carers and pupils.

Therefore we would like to invite you to participate in a short survey to gather your thoughts and views as to how the school supports and develops wellbeing.

This is completely anonymous and we ask that you be as honest and fair as possible as your responses will feed in to develop the school’s action plan.

Your responses to this survey need to be completed by Tuesday 29th April 2019.

Once the action plan has been created we will share this with you.
